- Click on Register and fill in the required details
- EBI user guide on registration
Download the necessary file(s) for submission
- The sample metadata spreadsheet, previously created in the OpenRefine module, needs to be downloaded: ENA_samples_workshop_DM_practices.tsv
- In order to do the optional step of submitting sequence data, the sequence file NEBNext_OAS_12.fastq.gz also needs to be downloaded.
